If you are not a member of TC Malatya Turgut Özal University,  you can use our Faculty Libraries  with the knowledge and approval of the relevant faculty/campus security unit, but you will not be able to use the loan services. However,  if you are a member of an ANKOS-KİTS  university, you can manage your loan transactions through your library. To do this, you must contact your affiliated University Library.
