It is necessary to comply with the rules specified in Malatya Turgut Ozal University Computer Network and Internet Usage Directive and Legal Regulations regarding the Use of Information Networks.

The license agreements for electronic resources subscribed to by the Library and Documentation Department also contain rules regarding the use of these resources. Violation of these rules may result in the suspension of your subscription, temporary blocking of access to the resources, or the termination of your agreement. To prevent such an unpleasant incident for our university and to prevent the disruption of our scientific research, do not copy multiple files from an electronic resource using third-party software (Getright, Flashget, etc.). Do not share information copied from electronic resources with non-university members, even if for non-commercial purposes, or send them to email lists. 

The University computer network you connect to via the proxy service is primarily for academic purposes. The purpose of the proxy service is to allow you to access our university's affiliated electronic libraries from home. Please avoid excessive traffic that could interfere with other users' access, avoid using file-sharing software (P2P software), and update your personal computer's operating system and use antivirus software.

For the reasons explained above, the passwords of users who violate the usage policies will be deactivated and access to the proxy service will be restricted without notice.
