A warning (email) will be sent to anyone who does not return or extend a borrowed item at the end of the loan period. If the return or extension is not made despite the warning, a fine will be applied for each day following the expiration of the loan period. (0.50 Krş per day)

No other material may be lent to a person who has been subject to a late payment penalty unless the borrowed material is returned and the entire amount of the penalty is paid.

In cases of leaving our university, graduating, etc., the "no affiliation" document will not be approved.
